We offer FREE shipping on all purchases. Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail. 


All orders are shipped via Priority Mail and can take 1-3 days to be processed before shipping. Tracking number will be provided via email.



Have a change of heart? We understand if it doesn’t fit just right, or you changed your mind! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we will do everything we can to ensure we exceed your expectations. Check out our in-store and online return policy below. Keep in mind that all items must be returned with original tags still attached and in unworn conditions. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Return Limit - 3 items per month per client. 

IN STORE purchase - returns within 10 days of in-store purchase are eligible for an exchange or store credit.  After 10 days we will not accept returns.

For Local Pick up or Drop Off (within six miles of the store): The in-store refund policy is in effect from the date you received your ready for pick up email or the drop off date.


ONLINE purchases - returns must be received back to Darcy Park within 10 days of the shipping date to be eligible for a full refund to the credit card used for purchase. We will accept returns up to 14 days and will issue store credit for the amount of purchase.  Except for an instance where an exchange is possible, we will NOT provide a return label.


Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes things happen, and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once the order processes (usually within 1 business day) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Anything purchased in-store or on our website that is marked FINAL SALE will be considered a final sale and will not be applicable for a return, exchange or refund. Jewelry items are also non-returnable.
