SHIPPING DETAILS

We offer FREE shipping on all purchases. Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail and gift cards are shipped via USPS standard mail. 

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders are shipped via USPS.com Priority Mail, and can take 1-3 days to be processed before shipping. Tracking is provided in your account order page.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN STORE

Have a change of heart? Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.

Online Returns received back to DP within 10 days of the shipping date are eligible for a full refund to the credit card used for purchase. We will accept returns up to 14 days and will issue store credit for the amount of purchase.  Except for an instance where an exchange is possible, we will NOT provide a return label.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes things happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once the order processes (usually within 1 business day) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

In-Store returns received back within 10 days of purchase date, will be issued store credit only. 

FINAL SALE Items:

Anything purchased on the website that is marked FINAL SALE will be considered a final sale and will not be applicable for a return. Jewelry items are also non-returnable.
